I’m open to sharing some concepts and ideas with all of you who have asked. This is the portion of my blog that will become more laid back and more about me and less you. Ha/ha
Some of you have asked me over the last couple years how to make certain dishes here in the south and I’m happy to share a recipes with you anytime you like. Believe it or not the most common question I’ve been asked is about sweets vs. real food.
I’ve come across a few things that would be helpful to guys who live alone and for those who are just trying to show you are doing your part in the house. For those I will be sharing too. First lets start with.. Cooking!
My life has changed a ton over the last few years, I’ve had open heart surgery gained a shit ton of weight and lost a shit ton of weight. How I did that was a little thing called Keto. I would like to share with you some of my favorite, yet useful Keto recipes here on my page as well as my Favorite Southern Recipes. I’m also happy to help you tweak your recipes at anytime you need to. I have to follow a modified version of Keto due to the amount of Vitamin K that green veggies have in them so my journey on Keto has been much, MUCH longer than others. It has been worth it. I’m never hungry, I never crave things I shouldn’t. Having said that… Here we go!

If i was captive on a desert island i would request only two foods to sustain me ( a common occurrence, right?). i don’t see those selections on here, which surprised me!). 1) chess pie ( an antebellum dish); and 2) fried ocre, fried to a crisp in cornmeal)!!!!!! Humbly, bitch mark
